Also, the famous tram number 28 stops 100 meters from your door. Located next to the Lisbon Cathedral, staying in this apartment is to breathe the true and authentic Lisbon. One of the best features of this apartment is the beautiful view over the Tejo River. From there you can even see bridge “Ponte 25 de Abril” and the Cristo Rei.



The 160 square meters apartment features 4 bedrooms; it’s on the 4th floor of a building with a very small elevator. There is 1 living room and 1 dining room, 2 bathrooms with shower, and an equipped kitchen. All the rooms have windows and have plenty of sunlight.

Bedroom Preparations:

- The apartment will only be prepared for the number of people selected in the reservation

Important Information:

- This apartment is located in a very sensitive building where the rules must be followed at all times and the neighbors respected.

- No loud noises or music during the day and silence at night (starting 10pm).

- Parties, smoking and music speakers are strictly forbidden.

- Air conditioning is available in the fourth upstairs bedroom, with portable heaters and fans supplied for the other bedrooms.

- Due to its central location in the touristic area, you should expect some outside noise.

- This apartment requires a security deposit to be blocked on your credit card, which works as an insurance the rules will be respected and the apartment well taken care.

Check-in & Check-out:

Check-in: starting at 16:00

Check-out: until 11:00

- Please ensure you provide the expected check-in time a few days in advance.

- Upon making your reservation you will be provided a check-in number, which you will need to contact 30min in advance so our colleague can meet you at the entrance of your apartment.

- Central Hill Apartments reserves the right to provide a Self Check-in option in exceptional circumstances at the company’s discretion.

- On the day of your check-out, just leave the keys on top of the living room table and close the door (loss of keys will result in a 75€ fine)

- Failure to leave the apartment before 11:00 will result in fines. It’s not possible to store luggage after check-out. Luggage pick-up service available (contact for more info)



Late Check-in Fee:Late check-in fee of 30€ for all arrivals after 20:00 paid in cash at the check-in. This amount works as a compensation for the check-in person who has to stay working after hours to welcome you at the apartment.



Extra Guests:

It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee might be applied (30€ per person per night)- contact us for authorization and confirmation of the extra guest fee amount.



Security Deposit:

This apartment requires a security deposit of 200€ to be blocked on your credit card.

- You will receive an email 7 days before the check-in requesting you to associate a credit card so it can be blocked 2 days before your check-in.

- If the rules of the apartment are respected the security deposit will be automatically released up to 7 days after your check-out.
