Eagle Cliff, a two-bedroom riverside cabin, sits directly on the banks of the Pemigewasset River. This rustic retreat offers a peaceful setting surrounded by the natural beauty of the White Mountains.

The cabin accommodates up to four guests and includes the following:

**Sleeping Arrangements:**

Two separate bedrooms, each with a full-sized bed and fresh linens. Curtains and shades provide privacy and comfort, with the calming river outside as a natural “sound machine.”

**Bathroom:**

Full bathroom with a stand-up shower, towels, and complimentary body wash and shampoo.

**Entertainment & Comfort:**

Comfortable living space with a couch, dining table, and cable TV. Eagle Cliff is equipped with heat for year-round comfort. While there is no air conditioning, fans are available on demand to keep you cool in warmer months.

**Private Outdoor Deck with River View:**

Accessible from the kitchenette, the private deck features a propane grill and table with chairs overlooking the river. A picnic table is also situated between Cabins 12 and 14, making it a convenient spot for larger gatherings or socializing with neighbors.

**Kitchenette:**

Equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, sink, gas stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, toaster, and basic cookware and utensils - providing everything needed for simple meal preparation. Guests also have access to our outdoor communal charcoal grills and picnic areas.

**Property Amenities:**

Guests enjoy full access to the riverside "Pemi Pub" (next to Cabin #5), communal charcoal grills with covered dining areas, an outdoor shuffleboard court (equipment stored in the Pemi Pub), communal fire pits (firewood available for purchase onsite), free Wi-Fi, free onsite parking, pet-friendly accommodations, and no cleaning fees.

Pemi Cabins is located directly on Route 3, across from Whale's Tale Waterpark. Flume Gorge is approximately 1.5 miles away, with Cannon Mountain and Loon Mountain ski areas just 7 and 5 miles away, respectively - well situated for year-round outdoor adventures in the White Mountains.
