When the person below was smoking amd it was coming into our room they politely informed them where the smnoking areas were. I smoking pressed with their professional handling without causing any bad feelings with the guests. The pool area is lovely. We will be back."

I went down to the counter immediately and let them know, and they quickly changed my room. I went back upstairs, moved all my stuff to the new room only to find the carpeting was absolutely soaked. "The room was clean and newly renovated. Workers were working on new carpet and paint just down the hall from us. We were gone during the day, so it didn't bother us. Great breakfast and swimming pool."

I would never stay here again. There was also no way that bed is a King size."

The staff opened our door multiple times when we were in our room and each time said they went to the wrong room. But it is unacceptable not to knock and just open the door.
