The propane tank for hot water was empty with no replacement
Our initial property was changed to this one due to water damage in the apartment I reserved. Andres indicated he had 10 apartment buildings and could move us into one with an open unit. Upon arrival, the property was noisy due to multiple court yards that created a tunnel of sound effect. We had no hot water and person outside the gate did not have a spare, could not contact the owner and had no other apartment to move us to. We spent $50 round trip for a cab to take a shower between flights, so in essence we paid $120 to not be able to take a shower. I contacted the property manager who indicated he sent someone with a tank, but the apartment was dark and she did not want to disturb us. I asked for a refund on the property, in which Andres indicated he would need to speak with the "owner and administration". That was 10 days ago with no response. I have been forced to take issue with VRBO hoping for a resolution. Aside from that, the apartment we were moved into was clean and spacious, but hot water for travelers who have been traveling for the past 24 hours should be able to expect hot water and should expect that there would always be an additional propane tank to avoid this issue.

Dear Michelle I am sorry for your comment and we consider it a bit unfair. As you know we try to give solutions to your entire stay. When we heard of aniego in the previous department we gave you another option even better which you accepted without problems. Now on the hot water the Tank carries Gas and if it has a spare ball to the side in case it ends, unfortunately it seems that it did not see it. So and everything we send a person at dawn to help. I hope you understand that our staff does not work in the early hours of the morning, but we still wanted to assist you to change the tank and send someone but everything was already off.
