The 20 terraced houses in the countryside are located in Lignano between the districts of Pineta and Sabbiadoro and offer space for the whole family.

Each house is spread over 3 floors (with a spiral staircase) and has a safe and several outdoor seating areas with its own outdoor fireplace.

Centrally located is a beautiful pool (open from around mid-May to mid-September) with sun loungers.

A private parking space and a communal washing machine complete the offer.

Mobility : Not suitable for people with reduced mobility
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups only on request. Only small dogs allowed (up to 35 cm shoulder height). not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Spiral staircase to the upper floor. Limited WiFi reception. (Youth) groups only on request. WiFi access for 2 devices included in the rental price. WIFI only in the pool area.
