Single villa at 150 mt. from the beach, in the quiet and green area, only a few steps from the supermarket, renovated with new furnishing and a big garden.

The villa features a spacious, light-filled living room with a kitchenette, fully equipped with an oven and dishwasher. Accommodation includes one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and one bedroom with a bunk bed. There are also two bathrooms, each with a window and a shower. Air conditioning is available upon request and subject to an additional charge.
