"Front desk and management were very unflexible to negotiate a late check out fee this past weekend. I had a very late flight on that day, and asked for a complimentery late check out (which they are not oblied to offer), and was told this would be subject to a fee of 50% of the room cost. I tried to negotiate this amount initially, without success.
Based on my booked fare, 50% would be equal to $104 US.

"I loved my room and my bathroom.
My AC was making some noise and they sent an engineer to repair it immediately. They even offered a room change but I stayed in my room.
The room is spacious and the bathroom is great. I read someone complaining about the small sink. Yet the sink is small but I don't see what the problem is.
Great patio and great pool.
The morning coffee was okay but next door at walking distance there is a great Starbucks and Neckter for fresh smoothies and juices so I was all...
