"Great location. Super cute house. The house was well supplied and the bed was very comfortable. We never got in the car the entire time we were there. We walked for meals, and we walked for evening entertainment. There was even a couple benches about two blocks away that overlooked the water where we sat and had our coffee in the morning. "

"A beautiful cottage type property in a pleasant suburb. Both check in and departure instructions were clear and when we had a problem ( eg accessing Netflix) the host was very quick to reply and very helpful.The weather was too cool to use the pool much but it was heated to a pleasant temperature. Really more of a plunge pool than a swim pool.Everything you could want in the property in terms of facilities and appliances. Would certainly return."

"My friend and I enjoyed a two week stay here and it was very accomodating with all our needs; even a laundry room. The decor was quite interesting with portraits and colorful. It's NOT your usual run of the mill, boring place. We highly recommend this location and address as it's close to Bradenton Beach and Anna Marie Island. And we especially loved the quietness of this location! Thank you Doug and Candy! "

"The unit was absolutely darling refurbished after the hurricane. A block and a half from the Gulf of Mexico. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Bikes, chairs and beach toys were available for free. There were wagons to put things in to the beach. The process of making reservations was easy. Emails were welcoming and polite. The cleaning lady was friendly and polite. Excellent place to stay. We would definitely come back to with Fran Maxon Real Estate."

"Quarto espaçoso, equipe prestativa, vista maravilhosa. O ponto negativo foi a falta de sinal de wi fi no quarto. Quando foi questionado isso, nos foi dado a opção de ligarmos para um telefone q aparecia na tela na hora da tentativa de conexão. O hotel não se preocupou em resolver o problema"
