"8 adults fit very comfortably in this lovely home. Good location to many of our favorite places to visit in Sarasota. Comfortable beds, quiet bedrooms each with ceiling fans were perfect to sleep in. Communication from the host was streamlined and professional. Loved the under cabinet lighting in the one bathroom and the pool was used each day even in some of the colder January temperatures. "

"We had a great time at Jacobs property, it was very clean and had a great game room setup in the garage. Couch was a little small but everything else was great. Private parking in the back of the house, always a street spot available, large kitchen and every bedroom was large so you didnt feel stuffy. Jacob had great communication and expressed his desire to continue to improve the property, so every stay should be better than the last.
