"Property was exactly as listed….clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed; bathroom with each bedroom; screened lanai for enjoying coffee or a glass of wine. We did not use the pool, but we did explore Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key. We will look to book, again, for future stays in the area."

"The location of this property could not be beat! It is directly across from beach access 11, which made day trips to the beach a breeze. This condo is perfect for a solo trip or for a couple looking for a little getaway. The trolley stop is right outside the location so you can hop/off to get around the island. There’s some beach gear available to use: umbrella (bring something to dig a hole in sand) two chairs (but one is broken) and a nice carry cart that turns into a table once you get there....

"Plenty of room for two people comfortably, clean, well stocked and adorable. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the riverwalk and feels like 1940’s Florida. Couch is a sofa bed, but needs repair. Bed was the most comfortable if you love a soft mattress (which we do). Will be coming back for sure!!"

"We were somewhat disappointed with our stay, as we felt the property was not as described or depicted. The slider door handle in the bedroom was broken and the door inoperable, many window blinds were torn and had slats missing, no stopper in the bathroom sink, no bedroom dressers and the built in drawers were stuck shut and not able to be used. Kitchen was not well stocked with basic items (broiling pan, potato masher, ovens mitts, kitchen linens, salt and pepper shakers). Pots and pans needed...

"Good location. 10ish minutes drive to Siesta Beach. Olive Garden walking distance. Host was efficient when communicating. Happy overall with my stay."
