Lewes Beach House 4BR 3.5 Baths Schell Brothers Built Chesapeake Model *  Located at Schell Brothers' Outer Banks Community Adjacent to the Coastal Club Community w access to the Coastal Club Resort-Style Amenities.

This new beautiful home is located at the Schell Brothers Community of Outer Banks which is adjacent to the Coastal Club Community with Resort Style Amenities in Lewes.   

As rental guests of this home you have the option to purchase Amenities Passes to access the award winning Lighthouse Club Amenities of Coastal Club while renting a vacation home in the Outer Banks Community.  The Coastal Club Community is located approximately 1¼  miles away so you would need to drive to the Coastal Club Community from Outer Banks to use the amenities. 

Lighthouse Club Amenities in the Coastal Club Community Aare Available By Purchasing Recreational Passes as noted below.

The Outer Banks Community Pool is NOT available for use by Rental Guests.

The chef inspired kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare the simplest meals to your favorite gourmet dish.   All high end appliances, quartz countertops and gas stove.  Clothes washer and dryer in home for your use.

There are several large HDTVs in the home hooked up to streem with high-speed  wifi internet service.

Pet Friendly: 1 Small Dog (Under 30 lb) Allowed so long as the dog is not allowed to go on furniture or beds.  No cats or other pets.  No larger dogs.  No more than 1 dog.

Street Parking

The Coastal Club Community limits the number of passenger vehicles that each home can park on the street to two (2) vehicles.  You will find two (2) Coastal Club Parking Placards in your home upon your arrival.  A Coastal Club Parking Placard must be displayed on the mirror or dashboard of each vehicle that is parked on the street during your stay.  

Please prioritize the usage of the garage (if available) and driveway parking to reduce the number of cars parked on the street.

Linens Package Option: 
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home.  However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included.  For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival. 

The Linens Package includes the following items:

1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property`s Maximum Overnight Occupancy

Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth

1 High Quality Deep Pocket Fitted Bed Sheet Set per Bed based on the Property`s Bed Count  

Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets.  1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets

1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
FREE Delivery and Pickup

All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation. 
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.

Lighthouse Club Amenities Passes
The Lighthouse Club Amenities Pass is an additional fee that is separate from your reservation and should be reserved prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee during the Summer Season. The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Outer Banks Community.  Only purchase passes for those in your group that plan to use the amenities.  Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass. The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts.  During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant.   Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm during the Summer Season. For additional Information click on the Life at Coastal Club Link.  The amenities pass is a Lighthouse Club feature and is not owned or operated by Bethany Beach Home Rentals.

Beaches Nearby
Less than 5 miles to Downtown Lewes, 6 miles to Lewes Beach, 7 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park and Beaches and 8 miles to Rehoboth Beach.  Take the beach shuttle that leaves 1 mile from Coastal Club with free parking and travels to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk - it has its own travel lane on Rte 1 so it zooms past traffic.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

Covid-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.
