"Excellent and very prompt communication with manager. The house was perfect and well decorated. Bathroom shower and tub were so relaxing, king bed was very comfortable. Could not ask for a better location to downtown. Didn’t get to use the outdoor courtyard but was very accessible, clean, and quiet. Will definitely be returning. Thanks so much!"

"There were 10 of us that came from out of state to attend graduation ceremony at Gonzaga Law. We all had enough space and the pool was great! Although the house is a bit dated, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood is also very quiet. I would recommend this house to any large group!"
