"very comfortable and clean apartment. excellent location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. i would stay here again, but some notes: the walls and ceilings are very thin. i did not notice this until other guests arrived towards the end of my stay. i could hear the toilet flushing because the pipes were exposed in the bedroom of my apartment. i did wish that the bedroom had a window, but overall, the quality and cleanliness of the apartment was most important."

"this was my second time booking at this place after the first time went very well and is a great location. this time a round, we arrived around 9:30 pm after driving 8 hours and went to unlock the door with the code and there was someone inside already. the room was double booked and the person had been there a week already. luckily getting ahold of someone wasn't too difficult and they booked us in another one of their properties which turned out to be a good room overall but was further than...

"I like the fact that I was closer than I expected to Bourbon St. There were restaurants all around me even on the 1st floor of the apartment bldg. We were also in a corner condo with lots of windows and a view all around the city."

"This was one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean, almost like ‘just built’ clean. Bedrooms were extremely quiet and the beds very comfortable. Everyone loved having their own bedroom along with their own bathroom. A great layout. Great location, walkable to all the sites. This place is definitely a 10 out of 10."
