"The cabin was very clean, hot tub was nice. We only used one bed but it was comfy. The host had to talk us to the correct cabin, we ended up at the wrong one due to GPS not registering the address just yet. She was very helpful. The roads were treacherous, especially when you met other drivers. "

The features to the house were outstanding: hot tub, stage, wet bar in the stage area, theater room, huge patio with gas fireplaces, so many gathering and seating areas it was just so comfortable. RJ, the caretaker, was outstanding; his pride in the property was evident and his tour and orientation to the house didn't miss anything, he was there every day for any of out...

"Outstanding! I was truly impressed with everything. Check-in and entrance to the house was simple. Angelia sent clear and concise directions to the home and how to gain entrance. There were six of us, and we had all the space we needed and then some. At night we rested very well in the comfortable queen beds with crisp clean sheets. The home is beautiful, and so clean! "The house and the property are beautiful! And our stay was so comfortable. These were hot days, and the a/c worked great to keep us cool, but also the breeze along the wrap-around porch was perfect. The wooden chairs in front were absolutely the best for stargazing, and we saw some spectacular shooting stars during the Perseid meteor showers this week in the dark Kentucky skies over Marji's house. "This estate was a perfect family gathering to celebrate a milestone birthday. The host gave important information in a timely manner and the housekeeper answered questions quickly and precisely. The place is kept up and nestled in a beautiful location. Three of the family members played golf one night. Two family members enjoyed runs and the rest explored hiking. There was ample room for everyone; fun activities like ping pong and corn hole. We just had the best time and I am glad I found this...

"This was a very charming house in Cumberland Gap. We were in the area for an event for LMU so the location was excellent. Everything was provided so that was a plus. The house was a 1928 house which gave it its charm. The books that were displayed were so interesting along with the family photos and albums. The only drawback which was not a big problem was that the refrigerator was not a full size fridge. It was probably a medium size fridge and it did have a freezer as well. Overall...
