"Usually stay in premier inn but was double the price!! First time here and i fid think it would be out of the way but ot wasn't. Nice pub & restaurant and shops nearby. Will definitely return "

"I was running late and they rang me to make sure they would be there when i arrived, great service. Warm welcome quick check in, took us to our room carrying our bag, great service. Furnishing all the way to room excellent. Room was huge (told it was one of the smaller ones! Huge settee with a large telly above it. What looked like a full kitchen setup ie. Cooker hob sink plenty in a slim units well equipped. A huge very comfy king size bed. At the end of the room was a free standing roll top...

"I had a really nice stay at The WoolPack Inn. I liked the way the room was decorated and it was lovely and clean. Daily housekeeping too which was great. Staff were really friendly and happy to help. Only small downside was that the room was pretty small - no wardrobe (just some hangers on some pegs)/vanity area. However, this didn't affect my stay. The tea tray/mini fridge was well stocked with everything you'd need! There is very little sound proofing so it can be noisy - however when I stayed...

"I had a really pleasant stay at The Ship. The room was compact but spotless and well-organised, with a comfy single bed, en-suite bathroom, TV, and a side cabinet stocked with tea, coffee, and biscuits—such a thoughtful touch. It had been a long time since I’d slept in a single bed, but it was surprisingly comfortable and perfect for a good night’s rest. I’d definitely stay again and would recommend it to other travellers looking for a clean, cosy spot with all the essentials. "

"The Westgate was easy to find and there was parking around the back of the pub as the town seems to have limited parking. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. The location is a 5 minute walk to the shops ."
