"Overall we had a great time"

"Wonderful waterfall & surrounding garden area. Nice cottage with wood floors & the clawfoot tub is fabulous. Porch on the back with rockers. When we arrived the room was HOT. We believe the previous person had left the heat on. We opened windows for a cross breeze & the owner was gracious enough to bring a circulating fan. Thank goodness it cooled to 65 at night, since it was 91 in the day. There is no A/C. My friend stayed in this cottage as we stayed in the river room. As I said for that...

"Rented the property to attend a series of events at Clark University. Literally walking distance to the school so it was quite convenient. Apartment was clean, beds were comfortable. "This was an amazing nightly rate for the region, and a lovely place to visit. I'm so glad we found it and was available! Brent and family take great care of the place, and it was so magical waking up and seeing horses just a few feet from the window. The suite had everything we needed like extra blankets, kitchen wares, games, and a great shower too. Highly recommended!"

Check in was easy and our host Jenny was amazing and super helpful with advice and guidance when we needed. We had plenty of supplies if we ran out and the home was clean and comfortable. Everyone likes a good night's sleep too when they are away from home. The king bed was very comfortable and we slept amazing. For our...
