Let our “Summer Breeze,” Carver Cabin Cruiser, make you feel fine no matter the season. Located at the pristine WindRiver Marina in Lenoir City, Tennessee on beautiful Tellico Lake. Step aboard and experience a peaceful retreat on the water where you'll have everything you need for a tranquil stay.

This is a gated community with some of the best golf in the region. Enjoy a relaxing round or two during your stay; enjoy both casual and fine dining at the famous Citico Restaurant; or fish from the dock as you enjoy the views from the comfort of your slip. Or you might enjoy paddleboarding or kayaking from the marina on request – just let us know in advance, and we can make those available to you. Please note, the boat can’t be removed from the marina slip and must stay attached to the dock. If you’d like to add a captain guided cruise to your stay, please let us know and arrangements can be made.

The boat has a private bedroom and can also accommodate other guests as the living room offers a full bed and futon for extra comfort. Enjoy year-round comfort that can be easily adjusted with a wall thermostat; and, you’ll like the free Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchen that includes a microwave and combo air fryer/toaster oven, cook top, coffee maker, soda stream, etc.. You’ll especially love the extra bar area where you will find a place to store all your favorite beverages while taking advantage of the tabletop ice maker.

The location is perfect with less than a one-hour drive to Townsend, Tennessee and on to Cades Cove in the Great Smokey Mountains. You can also be in downtown Knoxville in less than 45 minutes. It’s a great place to call home base while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Things to Note:
• Swimming is not permitted from the boat or within 100 yards of the marina per TN State law.
• This accommodation may not be suitable for young children due to the proximity of water.
• Carts are available for transporting luggage, coolers, etc.

We are happy to allow pets to travel with their families! However, pets are permitted with approval only. There is an additional $15/pet per day fee which can be paid at check in and may vary due to size and/or breed of pet. Pets must be flea/tick free, not permitted on furniture or bedding, and should never be left alone when guests are away from the boat unless they are crate trained and not barking.

This is a quiet and relaxing marina, so we ask that guests are considerate during dark hours. Parties and pets are not permitted, and all guests must be approved.
