Please don’t park outside the building as it is private property, and you will be fined.

•A £200 security deposit is required through Airbnb to cover any potential damages or extra cleaning. After a successful inspection at check-out, it will be promptly refunded. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

•An ID check is required after booking, along with signing a guest contract.
