Refuge River Ranch (STR#000376) sits on a 4-acre, beautifully maintained farm with stunning views of Sleeping Lady Mountain, Icicle River, and green pastures. The garden apartment is a completely private rental with its own exterior entries, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and living area.

Rest and relax outdoors with 300 feet of riverfront on the best Salmon fishing hole on the Icicle River. The Ranch is very conveniently located near horseback riding, skiing, hiking trails, biking trails, sledding, sleigh rides, fishing, floating the river, as well as only 5-7 minutes from the heart of the Bavarian Village with shopping, restaurants, carriage rides, and the many festivals!

Inside the spacious 1500 sqft garden apartment, there is plenty of room for a family of four. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, and the second "bedroom"/cozy-nook, just off the kitchen, has bunk beds perfect for children.
Ideally-sized for 2 adults and 2 children.
Upon request, pack-and-play and booster seat can be made available at no charge.

Also, a basket of toys, books, board games and puzzles for kids and families are also provided for your family’s enjoyment during your stay at Refuge River Ranch! There is also a small hallway store in the rental with snacks and drinks for purchase.

The barn side of the property is off limits and we ask that for liability reasons you do not go to the barn or interact with the animals. YOU WILL SEE MANY ANIMAL ROAMING the property, but please do not interact with them. This is for your safety as well as the safety of the animals.

Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted anywhere on the property and if evidence is found or seen, guests are subject to a fine or removal. This is a high forest fire risk area and cigaret buts are toxic to many of the free-ranging animals.
