This beautiful home sits up and overlooks the ski area on one side and the Black Hills forest on the other!Ā  You will love the views and location of this home.Ā  Within walking distance of the main ski lodge at Terry Peak, Chalet Meyer is a cozy, yet spacious home that has great amenities!

Walk in to through the 2-stall garage with a laundry room on the lower level.Ā  Upstairs is the main living space with a large, full kitchen with everything you need to make meals for your group.Ā  The custom cabinetry andĀ  Ā There is an open living and dining area with a wall of windows looking out over the front deckand a walk-out to the deck with exceptional views!Ā  The Dining Table seats 8 with 2 stools at the kitchen island.Ā  The Living room has a flat screen TV and comfy seating to relax and take it all in.Ā  This main level also has a sun room with 3 walls of windows and seating to just enjoy your morning coffee, play some cards at the table or watch the wildlife.

The top level has another spacious living area with a flat screen TV and a pool table for the game enthusiasts.Ā  Again you are surrounded by windows to enjoy the gorgeous views of the area.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The middle level has a Queen bedroom and a full bath.Ā  The Bath has a shower-tub combo and a steam shower.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms:Ā  One with a bunk bed with a king on the bottom and a double on top with attached bath.
3rd bedroom has a queen bed and there is another full bath on the upstairs level.

Sleeps 8 in beds.

*4-wheel drive required in winter

It was really easy and convenient to get to the slopes. Communication was good with the manager. We did need some help with something at one point but it was solved promptly and did not mess with our stay. ThanksFrom Houston.

Great House and Location

The good: The house is spacious and nicely laid out. All the dishes, pots and pans you could need are provided. The beds are comfortable and linens are provided. There is space for families to spread out and have living areas to themselves. The ok; There is very little furniture on the deck. Won't matter during ski season, but as our stay was in July, we would have appreciated being able to sit out and enjoy the beautiful deck. The ugly: The cleaning company apparently had come three days prior to our check-in-according to them. They should check a property the day of check-in, in case of a situation like ours, where we arrived to HUNDREDS of dead flies all over the house. I understand it is a cabin in the wood, so insects are prevalent; but there is no way these flies accumulated in the three days prior to our arrival. It was off putting to find dead flies all over the floors and furniture upon our arrival. We did call and they sent someone over to clean them up and my husband and I also got out vacuums and worked to get it cleaned up-not the best way to start a vacation.
