"There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. "Area was safe despite being fairly close to highway. Not the quietest as a result but hotel was fine. Close by lots of retail so food and supplies are very accessible. Hotel room was clean but bathroom didn't smell that fresh. The scent was somewhat masked by air freshener. Breakfast was standard for a Hampton."

"The hotel smelled like fabuloso, as if it’s pure fabuloso. If you stayed in the main area long enough it would cause a headache. "Pool was closed due to renovations but that’s okay because we didn’t have time to utilize it anyway. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were more than accommodating…above and beyond for us in a few instances. Breakfast was great and there was access to water, tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day and night. It was a very nice surprise when I came back from being in the cold and wind all day to a hot cup of tea! Will definitely stay there again!!"

"Stayed one night for pleasure. Property abuts a busy road near the highway. Would recommend NOT staying on that side of hotel as it is noisy all night long. Shower drain was 95% clogged. I won't be staying here again."
