"The hotel had gnats flying everywhere. There were ants in the room. The room keys didn’t work most of the time. We were locked out of the room for hours because the electronic lock stopped working. A genuinely nice maintenance man had to come in at 9:30pm from 40 miles away to break into the room with a crowbar and replace the entire lock. In addition to the outdated locks, all the carpets were old and musty. And…the pool was closed in August with a tarp over it. The desk staff and...

"Easy, hassle free check in/out, had a good variety of basics already in there to use, has a tankless water heater and I was worried I'd run out of hot water but we didnt and it was great even with washer, dishwasher and a shower going at same time. I woukd rent from again for sure."
