"Reservaram num local longe, 11 milhas da área contratada e a maquina de lavar estava com problemas. Como nao tinha condiçoes de ficar pela distancia e equipamentos com problemas, decidimos sair dia 01/01 e solicitamos reembolso. Mas até agora ninguem se colocou no lugar do hospede para pelo menor devolver as diarias nao utilizadas."

"A casa é confortável, espaçosa e bem localizado. A cozinha tem o essencial, sent falta de uma panela de pressão. Acho que poderia ter 1 secador em cada banheiro. O resto foi ótimo "

"Our overall stay was very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for me and my family of 6. The townhouse was very clean and felt like a home away from home. Kathy was quick to respond to any questions I had and made checking in and out easy. Although we didn't use the pool at the home it a great addition to have. We did take the kids to the clubhouse pool for the kidzone and lazy river, and they really enjoyed it. I would definitely stay at this property again."

"It was a short vacation, but the house was really comfortable and had everything we needed for our family group of 9. If I can recommend anything to the owner, is to increase the toilet paper and garbage bag's stock, because we ran out of them before leaving the place. This could be depending on the quantity of people at home and if not used, it should be left in the home."

"The condo was as described and was exactly what we needed for the week!! The overall cleanliness of the condo was just ok, the pool and pool area could use some TLC. There were small mite bugs but only in the kitchen area. The resort and the location of the condo was perfect. The beds were very comfy!! We will definitely be back to this resort! Thanks!!"

"I honestly loved this property, carperted areas needed deep cleaned(( maybe replaced.. lots of dark stains even felt unclean)) water in upstairs secondary master bathroom shower was wonky, got cold showers if used, but we made due plenty of other bathrooms, we just like have a person space."

"The house was amazing. Kids/teens would absolutely love this house. We enjoyed the pool, in-home theater, poolside movies, and game room. Everything was very clean and the clubhouse area was a lot of fun. We had an issue with the dishwasher when we got there but they sent someone over to look at it the next day. Only one suggestion for improvement: stock the kitchen a little bit more. We had to buy a big pot as well as baking sheets. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again and would...

"Our teenage daughters made it to Summit for cheer. The house was big enough for all of us, the pool was perfect, and the location wasnt far from Disney at all. My favorite part was the projector screen by the pool. We watched a movie every night while the kids swam."

"The location was great, close to Disney and other shopping areas. The community pool and hot tubs were nice, We enjoyed the bar drinks and food. The condo itself was nice. The negatives were There are no extra rolls of toilet paper, no paper towels, only one trash bag. They’re definitely should be more of this for a seven day stay with seven people staying for the price we paid. Also the beds were very uncomfortable, they definitely need toppers or different mattresses, they were hard as rocks...
