"The place was clean, and nice looking. We did have problems with the lighting. Host was texted and answered but still could not get the bed side lights to work. This place could really use a better outside look. Walking to the back of this house ( where the room is located) is so run down, it feels sketchy. I do think the room is acceptable, but would never stay here as a single woman."

Bring a swimsuit if you're modest for the outdoor shower...I checked it out, and would have easily used it if I didn't have a convenient alternative. "Stayed one night while visiting Sun N Fun Expo. Unit is one of two in detached free standing building on residential property. Easy to locate off main route 98 couple miles from Interstate 4. Route 98 has plenty of food offerings with Wal Mart on nearby corner. Felt safe with cameras on parking area in nice residential neighborhood. Unit is newer construction and nicely supplied. Tiled flooring throughout with beautiful bath and shower. Kitchenette set up with full size modern...
