A couple days before arrival I will send access codes for self check in.

One off street parking space included (driveway parking in the left spot alongside the front yard).

We welcome well-behaved pets in our home! Please clean up after your pet, both inside and outside.

Please remember you're staying in someone's house, not a hotel.

Please treat our space with respect just as the previous guests have.

If any problems arise I will do my best to take action asap, but please note nobody is living on site 24/7.

All guests must be 25+ years old except children with parents, we charge per guest, please have an accurate guest count.

For non emergency issues I don’t send maintenance to property during your stay, only after you leave.

No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per event.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.

We provide start up supplies (laundry detergent, dish soap, cleaning supplies etc.) but you may need to buy more for an extended stay.
