We stayed over the Memorial Day weekend and the location is excellent. It's very convenient to get to Stateline, NV and then into S Lake Tahoe.

Great location, it was so fun to be able to walk to the lodge! I think the house could use some more towels because thereā€™s a hot tub, we found ourselves doing loads of towels several times. The kitchen is also missing basic things like measuring cups/spoons and scissors. The house is clean at a basic level (like bathrooms and sheets) but at a deeper level (like chandeliers and such) itā€™s quite dusty/cobwebby. Another thing we were bummed about was that the listing says it has cable and it does not. We booked Super Bowl weekend based on that qualification. Lastly, I found the communication to be quite difficult. I messaged for months before getting a response back, and when I did, they didnā€™t have answers to the questions. When they did finally answer (when my trip was close), they were polite and responsive, but it seems like there are multiple property management companies and they donā€™t know all of the details of the house and the owner was not responding to them. The house is definitely outdated but I think the photos accurately show that and the price seems fair.

We love the location and the space in the house. It's very close to a number of fun spots. There were 5 of us and 2 pets and it was very spacious for our group. We were extremely disappointed that the jacuzzi was advertised because it was "out of order" and that was 1 of our 2 must haves when we were looking for a location, they should not advertise it if you can't use it, or send us a message letting us know. I received an email before our check in saying the last digits of my cell were to be used as the code to get into the house. Well it didn't work. My brother was the first to arrive after about 10hrs of driving and couldn't get in for 30mins because we had to contact the manager, wait for him to give us the code and when he did, it wasn't anything close to my cell number.

The place is very good, just couple of things that needs attention. Hot tub was out of service and it doesn't mentioned when you book. There was not cleaning utensils. The place was kind of dusty at the time of checking in. Trash can doesn't have very much space if you stay more than 3 days.

The house was clean. The code did not work upon arrival but the contract person was very helpful and quick to respond. On the second night the toilet in the downstairs bedroom broke. There was also a septic smell when leaving the windows open . The contact person was very helpful and got someone there to fix it the next day. The kitchen had minimal areas to store food as the pantry was locked shut. The few cabinets had food or other items in them. Overall the home was great!

Yes, it sleeps 12, and yes itā€™s close to Boulder ski area. But this is a tired old building that gets no more than the minimum in terms of maintenance. The roof leaked over one of our guests bed. And there was almost no light over the kitchen table. Dinky 25 W bulbs, one of them burned out. I could do a long list of lots of little nitpicking, but you get the idea. The maintenance guy was very helpful, fixed a broken toilet, and the water hammering in the heating system. But did not have the authority to replace the lightbulbs in the kitchen. Funny thing happened on the last day. Nothing about the property. But a bear broke into one of the Subarus parked out front, because bears know how to get into Subarus. It was not locked, and the bear got an energy bar out of the deal. Not too much damage, but you are in bear country. Wish I could get a video from the security camera, but the property manager says he has no access. And the owner says no? Would I go back? Well, I have 11 people, and dogs, so who knows?

Great place to stay if skiing at Heavenly, boulder lodge is very close. Place is a little dated, but perfect for a group that is looking to spend most their time at the mountain and not looking for a luxury mansion. FYI 8 parking spots are only in the summer, its more like 3 with the snow, maybe 5 if you squeeze and double park

I took a lot of pictures of all the dirty spots this house have.. spider and spider webs everywhere and the sink had a really bad odor. Vaccum was broken. Not enough toilet paper. And dirty everywhere

We did a majority of the cleaning upon our arrival. We messaged our host about this and they offered to have someone come by and clean but we were in the home the majority of our stay and we had already cleaned most of what we could and didnā€™t want to have someone there cleaning while we were in the home. My aunt rolled her ankle coming down the stairs the first night we arrived while we were taking our luggage and belonging inside due to lack of lighting outside, a bump in the pavement and first step being a little high off the ground. The place is huge and we made the best of what we had. Everyone slept relatively comfortably, we did have one issue with a bed coming off the railings as soon as you sit or lay down. The upper part of the house didnā€™t have working air conditioning. But all in all we enjoyed sitting out on the porch and using the hot tub.

We had a great time at the Tahoe Village! The home is perfect for a group of friends or family looking to ski/snowboard or enjoy a more secluded location. The house is a bit older but has everything you need. Location can't be beat - 3 minute walk to the Boulder lift and a 10 minute to downtown. I would highly recommend!
