"We enjoyed staying there due to the property being on the lake and the weather being nice. However, service there was not great. Front desk staff is very uptight to the point of feeling unfriendly. Called to request extra towels, but they were not delivered. Some umbrellas in the pool area were ripped and moldy, to the point we were uncomfortable staying under them. The gate to the pool area, including the door handle and the card reader, was covered in bird poop that has not been cleaned for...

"Location is great. But this is really a two star place if that. They are trying, but there is trash around and non professional construction all over. Its really the price. If it werent 400 a night it could be justified.. It is short staffed and run by one woman who is kinda snobby. Cool land, cabns and buildings. But it wouldn’t take too much to clean up the plan, do some real landscaping and really make it into an oasis. So much potential! We picked up a bunch of trash up by the silver dome...
