"Overall this property met the needs for our family. Check in was very simple and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. There were a couple things that could have been improved, such as general floor cleanliness under couch/bed and area rug and the towel bar in the bathroom wasn't installed. We also would have loved to have some hand towels and a few larger bath towels, but we did have enough towels for the 3 of us. The parking area is plenty big and easy to locate the property....

"This property was a great location for us near family in Peoria as well as Peoria Sports Complex and P83 entertainment district. The host was very responsive throughout our stay through the VRBO app, and check-in/out was a breeze. As noted in other reviews there were a few glitches: hot water heater appeared offline when we arrived, but was fixed immediately upon notice to host; the small rear yard was very weedy, but not a deal-breaker for us; some had mentioned that the beds were uncomfortable...
