2 bedroom plus loft pet friendly apartment, perfect for families. One bedroom features a queen bed, second bedroom features (2) twin beds and sleeping loft with (2) twin beds. Located in walking distance of Main St. Lake Placid and a short stroll to the start of the rail trail.
Lower entryway with plenty of room for gear. Washer and dryer located in the entry way.
Elevated deck with BBQ grill and hot tub. Large stone fire pit in the fenced in yard. Enjoy all the best that Lake Placid has to offer!

We had a great time in Lake Placid. The apartment is beautiful, clean and perfect for our family of 4. It was only a 5 minute drive to the busy downtown restaurant and shops. The only negative was the lack of air conditioning since we were there for a lacrosse tournament in the summer. They had fans and it cooled down pretty well in the evening. I understand that air conditioning isnā€™t needed for the majority of the year in Lake Placid. This owners seemed great too - We would definitely recommend this VRBO!

AWESOME

We have stayed at the cabin the last 3 or 4 years and has never disappointed. Plenty of room for the 4 of us and dog. Fenced in backyard is a plus, can play fetch while we relax in the hot tub - running up and down the stairs helps tire him out. Kitchen is well stocked. Bedroom perfect. New amenity, the rail trail is a 1/4 mile away. We will be back again next year!

Quiet Neighborhood

This was everything we expected and it ticked all of our boxes. There isnā€™t an AC unit but we were pleasantly surprised to have the extra fans to place by the windows to bring in the cool air after a summer storm. Would definitely book here again!

Great location!

This property was a great location for exploring the area. The property itself was not as nice as it appears online, having old towels, yellowed pillows, old dishes and the fire alarms without batteries. It also does not have air conditioning, which is unfortunate during the summer since it sits above a garage and the provided fans were inadequate and also old and dirty. We brought our dog, which got out of the fenced on yard because there was a hole in the fence.

Would definitely stay again! Great, hot tub! Not close enough to walk to town in the cold, but Uber was $10 if you didnā€™t want to look for a spot to park and very close to drive. Place was cozy and roomy.

Wonderful
