About this space
The Ginger Point Joint is your best vacation lakefront hangout joint-only 8 steps to the water! This updated home features 2 decks, private dock, swim platform/swim step and a boat slip (10' x 24') with additional cleats for boat or waverunner tie-ups.
This lake home is just off Horseshoe Bend in a quiet neighborhood at Mile Marker 3. Just minutes from Bagnell Dam Strip, Osage Beach shopping & restaurants, lakefront bars as well as public golf courses. And there are several boat rental options within minutes of the home.
The space
First, Ginger Point Joint’s HOUSE RULES:
-Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
-No smoking or vaping inside house OR garage.
-No parties.
-No pets.
-No parking on grass area.
-Due to the time required for cleaning between stays, we are unable to offer early check-in or late check-out. Check-in is 4pm or later; check-out is 10am or earlier.

The LOCATION:
The Ginger Point Joint is located in a quiet neighborhood where all of the roads to the house are paved (no gravel roads to deal with here!)

This home is in one of the most desirable areas of the Lake of the Ozarks. Located just off Horseshoe Bend, The Ginger Point Joint is just minutes from the Bagnall Dam Strip, Lodge of Four Seasons, Osage Beach, and so much more. This home offers unbeatable convenience to many of the lakes most popular lakefront bars and restaurants including Shady Gators, H-Toads, Camden on the Lake, Dock Knockers, Encore, Neon Taco and countless others. Big Thunder Marina is just two minutes away (you can see it across the cove from the house)- where you can rent a boat or wave runner! Public Golf Courses such as Osage National and The Cove are within minutes drive from the house.

COVE VIEWS:
The wide, open cove offers a gorgeous view of the cove as well as the main channel at Mile Marker 3. It is an excellent cove that is great for jumping off the dock & enjoying the water, fishing or riding a wave runner.

INTERNET & TV:
Wifi Available. All TVs are Smart TVs and have the Spectrum App installed which offers local channels for news, sports and entertainment. You can also login to your own streaming service app (NO need to bring a firestick or Roku stick with you!)

ROOMS:
The Ginger Point Joint offers over 2,000 sq ft of beautifully updated, clean, comfortable living space to have the perfect getaway!

Living Room: The living room has a couch and love seat, a 75” flatscreen TV, a fireplace, and sliding glass doors that open to the waterfront deck. It is open to the kitchen & dining area.

Kitchen & Dining Area: The kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher), a large pantry for storage, a breakfast bar with stools and built-in dining table that seats 4. The kitchen is stocked with essentials you need to prepare meals. You will love the view from the kitchen though the gorgeous wall of floor-to-ceiling windows.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms: This is an “upside down house” where you enter the bedroom level of the house and there are 2 staircases to the lower/main living area.

Entry/Upper Level: 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and Laundry Room
Lower/Main Level: Living Room, Dining Room/Kitchen, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom

The 3 bedrooms on the upper level all have their own entrance to the upper waterfront deck and the 4th bedroom on the lower level has access to the main waterfront deck. The bedrooms have either room darkening shades or plantation shutters for privacy.

Master Bedroom Suite features a King bed & 65” flatscreen TV. The bathroom has a double vanity with granite countertop. Tub/Shower combo, Skylight.

Bedroom 2: King bed, 43” flatscreen TV, Desk & Chair that can double as a vanity space or workspace, and Skylights.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, 43” flatscreen TV

Bathroom 2: Single vanity with granite countertop. Tub/Shower combo.

Laundry Room: Washer & Dryer and Drying Racks available to our guests. Laundry pods provided.

Bedroom 4: Full over Full and Twin over Twin Bunk Beds, 43” flatscreen TV, Large Connect 4 game, bean bag chairs and games.

Bathroom 3: Single vanity with granite countertop. Stand-up Shower.

All bedrooms have linens, pillows, dressers and charging station next to bed for phones/electronics (remember to bring your own cords!) Each closet is stocked with hangers, laundry basket and luggage rack. All bedrooms also have portable fans that offer a “white noise” option.

All bathrooms have towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryers and black towels for make-up removal. The two shower/tub combo bathrooms have an anti-slip mat available.

OUTSIDE:
The Outside of the home features two breathtaking waterfront decks with plenty of outdoor seating, gas grill and a private dock! The dock features a swim platform with sun loungers, a swim step and a boat slip for guests to use.

PARKING:
MAXIMUM 4 vehicles. An experienced driver could park their boat trailer in front of the house as long as they are comfortable with steeper incline to and from the property. Boat MUST be launched elsewhere- DO NOT BRING BOAT TO THE HOUSE. We ask all guests to please respect the next-door neighbor and make sure all cars are in front of our house and garage. One car can park in the garage, but NO larger than a small SUV due to lower clearance. Be mindful it is a steep incline out of the garage with large rock boulders on the grass border as you back out.

There is NO Parking on the grassy area in front of the house. The septic system runs through this area and a car parking in this area will cause significant damage. Thank you for respecting this rule.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
For safety reasons, we have two security cameras that monitor the front of the house as well as two security cameras that monitor the dock.

CLEANING FEE:
We believe in paying a living wage to our cleaners. Thank you for supporting them in this way! You will appreciate the attention to detail they provide!

HELPFUL TIPS:
Once you have arrived at the home and entered through the front door, it may be easiest to open the garage door and unload any food/drink items for the kitchen down the staircase from the garage. There is another refrigerator in the garage that guests are welcome to use to store any extra food/beverages.
