Apartamentos em Lake Mary, FL

"Very unique rental. Location is excellent within walking distance to the lake, dinning, breweries, music, parks and historic district attractions. Rental was very comfortable for us and our two small dogs. Beautiful park right across the street where we could walk our dogs. Nice well equipped kitchenette, great shower with plenty of hot water and a very comfortable bed. Slept great."

"We had a great stay. This place is roomy, clean, and perfect for any length of stay. We had difficulty getting in with the code but host was able to help us immediately even tho it was past 9pm. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. "

"We had a great stay, love the location, walkable to everything in Sanford we wanted to do. We would definitely stay there again. It’s cozy, but has everything for 2 people. "

"That property should be condemned. That laundry room needs a new washing machine. The washing machine has to be unplugged, allowed to power off, and then be restarted. Even then that washer is still difficult to start. The apartment itself was livable for a few days but not more than a week. The location is wonderful in downtown Sanford. I honestly would not recommend renting this place again."

"We had such a great stay at The Porch! The space was absolutely perfect and incredibly well stocked. Truly, if we didn’t bring it—they had it. And if we didn’t even think of it—they already did. The attention to detail made everything so easy and comfortable. The owners were responsive, helpful, and clearly care a lot about making sure guests have a great experience. A fun unexpected bonus was getting to enjoy some band practice from the kitchen windows and backyard area—it added such a cool...

"The property is beautifully furnished but the housekeeping firm really dropped the ball. There weren’t enough sheets, towels, paper products, dishwasher soap, etc. The host fired the company and gave us a partial refund, but we never got all we needed. I’m sure it will be better with a new housekeeping company!"

"As soon as I walked in the house smelled fresh. Super clean and quiet. Check in was easy and communication was superb. Anything needed was accessible; from extra linens, to trash bags, soaps to laundry was at my disposal. This is literally a little sanctuary away from home. Would definitely recommend and I will be back to stay here soon. "

"Arriving late went smoothly, room welcomed us quietly with comfortable bedding we enjoyed compared to other places we've tried nearby."

"Enjoyable stay. "
