Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and privacy. Sleeps up to 10! Pack & play and high chair, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook fabulous meals. Two neighborhood lakes! FISHING POLES AND TACKLE BOX Lake has pavilions with BBQ grills and picnic tables, a swimming hole in the river, a wonderful waterfall, nature trails, hiking and more! The home has a REGULATION POOL TABLE, PING PONG, ELECTRONIC DART BOARD, 2 LARGE SMART TV'S, INDOOR AND OUTDOOR DINING AND RECLINERS, HOT TUB, BLUETOOTH OUTDOOR SOUND SYSTEM, FIRE PIT, FIREPLACE, AND CHEF'S GRILL. Come enjoy the serenity of the mountains! Relax in the hot tub, completely secluded from any other home, cook out on the chef's grill, sit under the stars as you enjoy the beautiful fire pit. Relaxing stay

There is no shortage of activities at the crows nest. Pool table, ping pong, darts, hot tub, games, and putting out corn for the animals. There are many places to sleep, the house is clean and homey. It’s a trek up a gravel road but definitely doable. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. It was a great stay!

Nice cabin for relaxing, cooking, and nearby hikes

We had a great time at this well-equipped cabin. Great instructions and help from the owners when we needed anything. We also loved the different areas of the house where we could spread out for quiet for reading or working, or play games and watch TV, or enjoy outdoor spaces. Highly recommended.

Exactly What We Were Looking For

We wanted a quiet cabin that could fit our families in a beautiful yet peaceful vacation spot. This cabin met everything easily. Plenty of space for all of us with several amenities that made our family time in the cabin almost as fun as the activities we did in and around Lake Lure. Instructions for everything about the cabin were well labeled and laid out. Plenty of extras in the kitchen and excellent wifi signal (although I may have been the only one that would have preferred to have been "cut off" from the internet for a while). Lake Lure is a beautiful and quiet place that is great for a simple getaway. This cabin made it all the more peaceful and relaxing.

Perfect for Us

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Our party included me, my wife, my adult daughters, my granddaughters, my son-in-law and Grace, the elderly dog. The house had plenty of room for all of us. It is very nicely furnished. The kitchen is perfect and very well stocked. If it's not there, you don't need it. It's is a very private wooded location in a gated community. There is only one other home on this street. It's close to almost everything that Lake Lure has to offer. We very much enjoyed the local wild life. The owner was very responsive to our needs.

Long Family Weekend

We had a great stay! This cabin had a fully stocked kitchen with really nice pans & every handy cooking item you could think of. Robert & Roberta were very responsive to all my last minute questions- The kids had a great time playing in the lake and on the trail waterfalls that are inside the community & got a kick out of the neighbors dogs that would come hang out until we would send them home. Only suggestion if you are coming in the summer months, is don’t forget your bug spray. We did and we are paying for it now.

We Love Lake Lure

This quaint Cabin is for those who like solitude and tranquility, away from the crowd. It is also close to Asheville, Chimney Rock, numerous Trails, and the Beautiful Serinity of Lake Lure. Which also has some amazing brewerys with delicious food! The cabin was so cozy, clean, and has everthing you need to stay comfortably. Our family enjoyed the spacious game room with many board games, darts, pool and ping pong. Everything to keep two teens busy. Not to mention the Hot Tub was perfect for this time of the year. The views from the deck are amazing, you feel like you can touch the stars and the wildlife comes right up to the back door! The host is attentive, responsive, and very informative! We had the best time making memories here! Thank you Robert and Roberta!

The cabin was beautiful and just as expected. Remember, you are in the mountains and roads are narrow. 4x4 vehicles are recommended. View is beautiful! The owners are great to deal with and so nice!!

Beautiful vacation home

We have stayed at several houses in the Lake Lure area and this one definitely a favorite! The home is beautiful and secluded with so much to do. The owners are wonderful, responsive and extremely helpful. I highly recommend!

Crows nest

We had a comfortable stay, loved being able to stream with Ruku, enjoyed the game room, and even went kayaking. There is a very nice beach for swimming and boating with apparently no motor boats, which we appreciated. The rooms were large and very comfortable. It is always a challenge navigating someone else’s kitchen, but all went smoothly after we searched all the cupboards.

We enjoyed our stay with our son, daughter-in-law & two grandsons ages 14 & 10. Quiet & peaceful. The boys especially enjoyed watching the deer that came to feed in the evenings. Grandma even learned to play a little pool with the grandkids!

Better than advertised!!

Recently our family vacationed at this mountain cabin for a family reunion. We were very pleased with this rental, having adequate, clean space and additional recreation options including downstairs billiards/ping-pong table and kayaks at the close by Community Lake. A beautiful location with peaceful surroundings! We definitely recommend this lodging!

Great property in the treetops!

The neighborhood is exceptional! My family and I enjoyed kayaking, swimming in the lake and river, and fishing. The cabin has a warm, cozy feel, and plenty of space for my family of seven. My teenagers loved the pool table and table tennis. The homeowners were very communicative and helpful! Would definitely rent this property again!

Beautiful Cabin-Nice Location- Great seclusion

Cabin, Location, and Owners response excellent. Unfortunately , I'm told VRBO lists as 4 bedrooms-It's not-Says later ( Which I don't believe it said when I booked 3 months ago) in description 3 Bdr. Was told this is a VRBO issue. The downstairs WiFi was bad. Brother in -law came next day- We had to use his Hotpot to get to our Netflix, etc. Again- Owner was very responsive

Family Cabin Thanksgiving

We felt very much at home in the Lake Lure cabin. Everything was ready for us when we got there. We all arrived at different times and there was plenty of parking! The owners have done a wonderful job decorating with lots of details to make this cabin feel very welcoming! We enjoyed a nice walk down to the lake and lots of fun playing pool and ping pong in the game room. We fed the deer 🦌 off the back deck and sat out there for Thanksgiving dinner with the sunshine. It was a little too chilly for the hot tub and for the kayaks, but I am sure other guests will enjoy when the weather is a little warmer! We all had a very nice time! Thank you!

Beautiful log cabin!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful log home. The pictures don’t do it justice. Kids loved hanging out in the hot tub. Very quiet woods setting. We went to chimney rock, hiked some nature trails, fished, used the kayaks, rented a pontoon boat, cooked out, and tried some great local restaurants. Really a wonderful spot for a family vacation in a first class cabin!
