"We had an absolutely wonderful time! We loved the space, especially the big deck for stargazing and the creek for splashing around. There was AC throughout the house which made the hot days easy. This place is a total gem and only 12 minutes from town and the river! The only thing we would change for our next visit is that we would bring an extra air mattress as some of the fold out couches weren’t super comfortable. "We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this cute, very clean,updated motel. The hostess was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and beautifully updated. The shower was huge! The bed was comfortable, and the room had a Keurig with coffee pods and biscotti. The grounds are well taken care of and clean. The pool was lovely. I really liked the older feel of the property. "This property is absolutely beautiful. The river runs just below the area and the sound of the water is so nice and calming. They have coffee for the mornings which i truly appreciated! 2 seperate buildings for bathrooms and a separate space with showers (partially outside, rock floors and open roof! Also access to the river with steps made of large rocks. Everyone was helpful and friendly. "

"I had a lovely stay here with my dog for a work retreat. After working, I went for a bike ride or hike every afternoon; there are so many great trails within a 5-10 minutes drive! The fenced-in yard was great for my dog, and we both loved sitting on the deck in the sun. Bernie was super responsive and provided great information. The house was so cozy, and was even decorated for the holidays."

"We came in Fall for a quick getaway to explore the area. The Great Outpost was indeed, great!Our host were welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed and more, including the hot tub.
