Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay so much, we were trying to stay an extra day or two longer! Michelle was very attentive, kind and helpful! The house for our family was a true home away from home. It was clean, very accommodating, very quiet, pool area was AWESOME and thoroughly enjoyed by our entire family! Will definitely be back!

We spent about five weeks in the home. House was a good size for two couples. Had most of what was needed for the five weeks. We did appreciate the owner reaching out to us and helping resolve an operational issue we were having. We enjoyed the outside pool area. House does sit in the corner of a main roadway. The neighbors we encountered were friendly and we felt the neighborhood was safe. Construction of home next door created early morning noise. This is not the fault of the home owner and should be resolved once the home is complete.

This home was exactly what we needed! It was gorgeous, clean, beds were amazing, spa was amazing, views were amazing, everything was just wonderful. If we are ever in Havasu again, I would love to stay here!

This property far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful home & great location! Everything you need for your stay. Beds were soo comfortable! Pool & Heated Jacuzzi was the perfect way to end the night. If we ever find ourself in Havasu again we will definitly be booking here.

We stayed for a long weekend and wished it was longer so that we could have enjoyed the gorgeous ba kyard patio and outdoor kitchen area. The house was clean, well equipped and we parked our boat in the garage. We will definitely stay again!

The property was exactly how we hoped it would be. Big open area for meal prep and chatting with those not outside or under the well appointed patio that has a pair of swamp coolers to offset the summer heat. Kids loved the pool and jacuzzi which was treated more like a second pool. Manager was easy to get a hold of but after checking in, wasn't needed at all. Would definitely stay here again. Kids agreed it was their favorite property as well.

I don't want to tell you how amazing.this house is for fear it will get booked out all the time, and we want it for ourselves! Location, pool, hot tub, outside stero and entertainmemt, beds, showers, amenities... all perfect. Spexial thanks to Michelle for being available when we had questions. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property when visiting Lake Havasu. The layout of the house was great. But the backyard is truly the selling feature of this house. We spent countless hours in the hot tub and pool as well as sitting by the fire table in the evening. It is well maintained and we had no issues with using any of the amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at this home for over 2 weeks and it was perfect. We had our grandkids come down with us. We forgot a playpen and the property manager was amazing. Michelle ordered us a playpen and had it delivered. Talk about above and beyond. The home was super clean and has all the amenities needed. The outdoor space was our favorite. Wonderful pool for the grandkids with the sun shelf. The outside kitchen and fire table area was a wonderful spot to relax in the evening. The spa was perfect to end the evening. I highly recommend this property and we look forward to booking again.

This house is absolutely immaculate! It was perfect for our lil family. It has a lil something for every age group. Even our lil frenchie had a her own dog area on side of house, and her own welcome gifts. Was so cute. Beds pillows and blankets were all so comfortable. The house is a wonderful place even if your not doing lake days, we got off the lake extra early one day so we could enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is huge, I felt like it could fit 12 people plus. Michelle was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive and super sweet. I would love to stay here again, I actually canā€™t wait too. And even though it seems far in the northern back of havasu everything is still really close. We launch off site 6 everyday and that was only 15 minutes away! I highly recommend this beautiful home!
