"The Coolibah Hotel is aptly rated at 3 star. Unfortunately when we arrived, there was no pool as advertised which was disappointing. However upon checking in, we were given an upgrade room for no additional expense which was greatly appreciated. The owner was very accommodating and we had a re-union dinner there one night and the buffet meal was great. "Nice underground room situated in the Main Street of Coober Pedy. Staff were excellence and I cannot fault them. A few issues with the room that brought my rating down, debris over the couch, minimal sockets for charging phone and non-existent WiFi. However, if you’re looking for a comfy bed with good walking distance to the different attractions this was a good stay. "
