Fully equipped kitchen, electric blankets as the night can get cold, seperate toilet from shower, fans and airco, good for walks, stay at least two days. The Woolshed restaurant is on site, ok food but a bit expensive. There is als a shop and fuel station if needed.

Saltbush Retreat
We stayed in one of the 10 Slab Huts, very rustic but comfortable. Close to tourist locations with QANTAS Founders across road and Stockmans Hall of Fame both within short walking distance. The only drawback would be the traffic noise from highway with road trains travelling 24/7.

Opal Inn Hotel Motel
Staff is really great, they assisted me really well and empathize the request I made. Especially the tall guy at the reception. However, just want to highlight, it was mentioned in the ad, rooms are soundproofed and sunlight blocked but my room wasn’t. Thanks

Longreach Tourist Park
Great staff, changed our booking without any issues. The online description of the Ringers Wuarters didn’t indicate the bathroom was shared. Cabin was perfect for our stay. Quiet, not too far out.

The apartment was excellent. Clean, modern and comfortable with good temperature control, although this was only needed one day. Compact but perfect for us. The beds were comfortable and the bedroom blinds worked well and blocked early morning sun well in both rooms. The basics that you need were ...
