This home is 3300 of total luxury for 10 people and perfect for family gatherings. 4 brms + 3 1/2 bthrms, stunning Chefs kitchen, with stone counters. Not 1 but 2 living rooms both with fireplaces. 1 opens to dining & kitchen and the other offering fun and games for all to enjoy. Outside,large spa, firepit, dining, ping pong & playset. The sleeping 10 very comfortably in 4 bedrooms and offering 3.5 bthrms. Master suite is stunning a spa-like retreat. The area is peaceful and backs onto nature.

The Dogwood Cabins is open 7 days a week from 8 am to 7 pm. You may call or text. If there is an emergency please call the number provided and we will respond immediately.

Arrowhead Trails is located in Lake Arrowhead, a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Hiking trails are right at the rear of the home, The Village with restaurants, bars, and Lake Arrowhead, Cedar Glens vintage stores are all a close 10 min drive away. Snow Valley and Santa's Village close 15 mins for winter fun and Lake Gregory for all-year water activities is also only 15 mins away.

We highly recommend having your own car as taxis and Urbas are rare.
There is a guest "Welcome folder" located in the house with all relevant informationThere is a House Manual in the home.

-Quiet Hours Friday – Saturday 8 am to 10 pm
-This is a full-time neighborhood please be mindful of loud music and outside noise during quiet hours.
-This is not a “Party House” please treat the home with the love and care the owners do.
-No underage drinking
-No drug use of any kind, this includes marijuana.
-No smoking inside or outside the property. This includes but is not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, pipe, cigars, or vape pens. If we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional $250 fee.
-No outdoor fires of any kind
