THE HOME
The home is designed for your comfort and convenience. It is equipped with air conditioning (AC) in each room and boasts two full kitchens, two sets of washer/dryers, and plenty of beds to accomodate up to 14 guests. The fourth bedroom (The Bunkhouse) is an on-site "summer camp" room that is detached from the main house. It has a large window, ceiling fan, and AC. Some younger children may feel uncomfortable sleeping away from adults. The fifth bedroom is an in-law suite with a full kitchen, full bathroom, washer/dryer, king bed, two twin loft beds, and a 65" Smart TV. On that note, THANK YOU for the actual mattress and pillows of varied loft. Special shout-out to these extras also: the stroller and extra floor mattresses (for people who didn't want to be banished to the bunkhouse). The neighborhood was super convenient (Foodland, 7-Eleven, Gas, Longs Drugs) and 3-10 min from beaches, Giovanni's, Ted's Bakery, etc. etc!). The place itself was beautiful and felt very safe. Excellent for families. Lots of kids games, utensils, high chairs, Disney streaming. In short, it's an awesome place to explore Oahu away from the insanity of Waikiki area. Would book again."
Melanie (July 2024): "Our family’s first trip to Oahu was made even more memorable thanks to our stay at this home. The house was very clean and quite spacious for our group of 12. Location is in the perfect location because it’s a gated property in a quiet neighborhood but also super close to the famous shrimp trucks and the Polynesian Cultural Center. We wanted spend some of our trip away from the busyness of Waikiki and this home is located closer to the North Shore area of Oahu which has more of a chill vibe. The host was very accommodating and communicating with her and the caretaker of the property was easy. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Oahu!"
Paola (June 2024): "What a great spot. The older kids loved the bunk house and the comfy floor pads for the two littles were super comfy! We all felt so comfortable and had everything we needed. The boogie boards and TONS of beach towels made it hassle free and convenient. Great walking path on the main road for morning walks. Loved the provided coffee pods and bathroom shampoos/conditioner and bath gels. So many little touches that made a big difference! You will not regret this stay - we’re big *AirB users and I must say - this place is in our top 3. Thank you Kate - well done!!!!"
