The house came with a fully stocked kitchen (spices, air fryer, pots/pans, coffee maker) and there was beach supplies (a cooler, pool noodle, beach chair). "We loved this apartment and were excited to explore like a local. View was amazing! Very clean and we loved the games for the family. If cooking, be aware there are limited dishes. Combo clothing washer/dryer was a nice option but we could never figure out how to dry the clothes. 2 tvs were in the apartment however only 1 worked and required an apple subscription to use.
