In winter, the Ötztal Arena offers a wide ski area with numerous huts for stopping off and après-ski. From Längenfeld to Sölden, where numerous ski lifts and the Sölden glacier await you, it is only 10 km by car.

The apartment on the ground floor has a large eat-in kitchen with a comfortable seating area, a large bathroom with shower, tub and double vanity, 2 bedrooms and a large living room with sofa bed and satellite TV. There is also W-LAN, a ski boot dryer and if required, a cot and high chair. Bedding and towels are included.
