"Hotel bom. Bem localizado em uma região com vários fast-foods, lojas e supermercados. Quarto e banheiros grandes. Bom café-da-manhã, mas muito cheio e a área de tomar é pequena, fica apertada com pessoas em pé. Academia ok. Piscina coberta sempre movimentada. Ponto negativo foi que não há arrumação todos os dias e não trocam as toalhas do quarto. Tem que pedir na recepção..."

"Never stay here the toilet of all things didn’t work and was not usable had to wait 24 hour + before it was fixed . You won’t enjoy none of it pool was dirty af never will I stay there again 5 days too long only stayed because I couldn’t get my money back and the staff is funny this man @ the desk is no helpful and doesn’t help on purpose rude af I had a bad vacation because of this hotel"

And when they did show up to my room I was accused of have damaged their property to which I was removed from the property by the Austin Texas police officer and the property was not damaged by any one and definitely not by me or my service animal I still had 7 more days that they need to refund back to me that I paid for. But did not get to stay until my reservation was not over yet and I was removed from on 04/20/2026 and...
