Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations, and I would like to bring several issues to your attention.
While the internet speed and television service were satisfactory, and the mattress was acceptable, the overall condition of the room was disappointing. The accommodations felt outdated and lacked basic amenities, such as a coffee maker or face napkins. No lotions or shampoo either. I also found the cleanliness of the room to be below standard, specifically noting that both the towels and the toilet were not properly cleaned prior to my arrival. Towels were dirty with yellow stains on it. Room was cleaned but everything so used and old that it looked cheap and poor. Bathroom door has severe dents and repainted 10 times.
Front door wouldn't shut completely and pops from edge that insects or bugs can easily crawl in.
Furthermore, the environment did not feel suitable for a family stay. The significant noise from the highway made it difficult to sleep, the pillows were uncomfortable, and I had concerns regarding the security of my vehicle in the parking area. People were fighting/ yelling in the parking lot at 3 am. AC was very noisy and would wake me up every time it runs on.
Due to these factors, I do not intend to stay at this location again. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.
