When I checked in the person didn’t tell me we had to pay for parking. The only reason I found out was because after we attempted to park a completely full lot that we were directed to, I went back in to ask for additional parking areas and saw the parking QR code which I then asked about and was told “oh yes. You do have to pay for parking” 😒
Then after getting everyone bathed and ready for bed I went to turn on the heat and found the thermostat completely missing. Called front desk and they said they forgot it was being ordered. Offered to move us but kids had already showered and were asleep.
Second day they called at 4:30 to tell me it wasn’t going to be fixed today. At that point it was
