Quiet Home Near Zion - Wifi - Self Checkin/Out - Outdoor Fire Pit & Grill

Experience the beauty of southern Utah at our 3BR/2BA desert retreat! With comfortable and homey feel, it's the perfect base for exploring Zion National Park. Relax after a day of hiking, fire up the grill, and dine al fresco in the backyard at the outdoor dining area under the sunshade awning. Gather around the fire pit patio area after dark and enjoy an evening under the stars. This home books up fast, so don't miss out!

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood in a small town near Zion.

The entire home and property is yours to enjoy. This home is a full time Vacation rental so besides the two closets locked for supplies, the rest of the home is for your use.

Layout - The home has an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room connected so you can snack in the kitchen, eat at the dining table/kitchen bar, or sit on the couch watching TV and all be in the same space. Perfect for family enjoying each others company on vacation. There's also lots of windows to let in natural light, and to see the beautiful scenery in the backyard.

Washer and Dryer - Next to the master bedroom is the laundry room. Some laundry detergent and dryer sheets are also provided free for your convenience.

Barbecue Grill - On the back patio is a propane gas grill which is for your use. Grill utensils are in the kitchen in one of the drawers. If you use the grill, please leave it clean.

Fire Pit - There is a propane gas fire pit in the backyard under the awning. Enjoy an evening outside around the fire, with beautiful mountains surrounding.

Backyard Patio - We have seating for 8 around the outdoor dining table, as well as two additional chairs and a coffee table. There are also 6 chairs around the fire pit. If you rearrange the furniture please return it to it's original position.

For your entertainment - There is a 65ā€ TV in the living room and a 49ā€ TV in the King bedroom. Each has a Blu-ray/DVD player. We have also provided access to YoutubeTV.

Playground - There is a neighborhood playground is just a few blocks away, perfect for little ones to get their wiggles out. There's also a Basketball hoop at the park as well.

Driving Distance - Our home is about 25 mins from Zion (Scenic Drive), 2 hrs from Bryce Canyon, and 2.5 hrs from the Grand Canyon. Our home is a great home base for visiting all three.

Having a car is ideal, as not much public transportation is available.

There are lots of fun things to do in southern Utah! Hiking, biking, ATV riding, water skiing, and national parks...to name a few. You have Zion National Park (21 miles), Zion Canyon Hot Springs (3), St. George (22), Sand Hollow Reservoir (11), Quail Creek Reservoir (12), Tuacahn (30), Cedar Breaks National Monument (58), Grand Canyon National Park (119), Bryce Canyon National Park (127) and Brian Head Ski Resort (68) all available for your enjoyment!

Rental was clean, well maintained and completely furnished. Location is in a quiet neighborhood. Zion National Park is just a 20-30 minute drive and Hurricane City is 2-3 miles away. Host was very responsive to all my communications. There is a nice patio area in the backyard. Would stay there again.

We loved our stay here! Property was beautiful and plenty large enough for a family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and staples (and has a gas stove), there was a large garage with basketball and ping pong (which the kids loved), and the firepit in the backyard was perfect to relax around after a day in Zion!

Comfortable and clean- felt like home!

My husband and I stayed for two nights as we explored Zion and Bryce. The host was extremely good with communicating before , during and followed up after. The house was clean and beds/pillows were super comfy. It had all the things needed for an enjoyable stay. Beautiful backyard that was private and had a fire pit and pergola to enjoy evening meals. Would 100% recommend!

My son and I visited the area to play golf and visit Zion National Park. The property is conveniently located to both the park and St. George golf courses. Super clean, had everything we needed, and great communication with Tyler. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Stay For Our Hiking Trip

From booking to check out our stay was seamless. Super clean and comfortable. We were there for a hiking trip to Zion and surrounding areas. Tyler is the perfect host! He made it all so easy. His guide to the house and area attractions was thoughtful, organized and very helpful. He was a great host with quick responses to any questions we had. Home Away from Home

Tyler has this down to a science. The house was perfectly stocked with anything we could have needed, YouTube TV and games gave us plenty we could do if we came in early from hiking, and everything was super clean. The instructions for check in, everything in the house, and check out were spelled out in the guidebook he provided. There was even a small basket of treats waiting for us when we got in. Weā€™re all planning to book here again soon.

Perfect Spot Near Zion

This getaway was the perfect accommodation on our Zion trip! With views from the driveway and an excellent backyard for entertaining, this place honestly was more than I could ask for. The place was very clean and the host was communicative throughout the whole process- even had an online guidebook for us to peruse before we got there! La Verkin is absolutely beautiful and Iā€™d recommend to anyone that a stop for coffee is worth it on your way into the park. I canā€™t wait to stay here again! Iā€™ll likely book for all my future Utah trips.

The property had everything we needed and more. It was comfortable, clean, lots of room and host was great with communication. Enjoyed the dining room table for playing games that were in the kitchen cabinets. Also enjoyed the patio and grill fora meal. Would recommend.

Quality Accommodation and Easy Access the Zion National Park and Surrounding Area respects

The house is as advertised and more. Location is everything and 30 minute proximity to Zion National Park and a supermarket less than a mile away. Construction is quality and air conditioning is so nice. We enjoyed two nights while we visited Zion National Park. The kitchen is well stocked and the house is well maintained, clean and comfortable. We will return in our next visit to Zion National Park.
