Treat yourself to the perfect vacation rental close to the Coachella Valley Music Festival and polo grounds. Catchin’ Sunsets is a stunning three-bedroom, offering 1,562 square feet of luxury living. Within the living room, you will experience the perfect area for entertaining. Enjoy the private communal pool, spa, amazing mountain views and impress your friends with your hidden talent in being a grill master while creating new memories on your vacation.

Outdoor:
Catchin' Sunset features communal amenities. The fitness center and pool are located in the clubhouse, which is just steps away across the property. The Clubhouse is open from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM. The clubhouse boasts an array of amenities for your enjoyment, including a pool table and a resort-style oversized pool. Stay fit and active at the on-site fitness center, or relax and unwind in one of the outdoor seating areas. With these fantastic features, there's something for everyone at the clubhouse!

​​​​​​​Kickstart your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee, soaking up the morning sun on the outdoor seating that comfortably seats four while basking in breathtaking mountain views. As the day unfolds, take a leisurely stroll through the PGA Signature neighborhood, offering lush greenery and tall palm trees. Watch for the Bighorn Sheep during your brisk morning walk – you might get lucky! Upon returning, fire up the standalone BBQ grill for a delicious lunch and savor it in the open air at the outdoor dining table. Golf enthusiasts will relish being in the heart of PGA's world-class golf courses, all within easy reach.

Indoor:
This vacation home opens to a spacious living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room to comfortably lounge in front of a 75-inch Smart television. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for 8. The fully equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances, such as a side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. It offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located on the first floor, and Bedroom 2 is on the opposite side of the same floor. Both bedrooms feature a king-size bed, a 55-inch TCL Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and double vanity sinks.

Bedroom 2 is located next to the hallway bathroom and features a King-sized Bed, HD Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. The upstairs bedroom area features two Queen-sized Beds, a Vizio HD Smart television, two clothing dressers (one inside the closet and one in the room), and a ceiling-mounted Mini-Split air conditioner.

The hallway bathroom is located next to bedroom 2 and features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Other Amenities: WiFi Wireless Internet. Each bathroom has high-quality linens, bath and pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and toilet paper. The kitchen includes a starter set of paper towels, dish soap, individually wrapped sponges, and dishwasher pods. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and laundry detergent. This property also features parking for 4, which includes 2 in the garage and 2 on the street.

Location: Catchin’ Sunsets is in one of the very best locations, just around the corner from Old Town La Quinta, minutes from top golf resorts, restaurants, and shopping in La Quinta, and down the street from the Empire Polo Club, and near La Quinta Resort, and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 20 minutes away.

Steps away from the front door is access to the community clubhouse, which includes a resort-style pool, spa, outdoor living/BBQ kitchen area, community indoor Gym Fitness center, Bocce ball, and Shuffleboard.

Signature at PGA WEST is a guard-gated community, and you will be provided access for your stay.

Neighborhood:
Signature at PGA WEST was designed with vacation homes in mind—one of the only communities with full guest access to the clubhouse.

Guest access
The entire property is exclusively yours to use. Treat it as you would your own home. You can access the community pool, clubhouse, BBQ, and gym. You can also access the public clubhouse and restaurant on the golf course. If you have a Golf Club membership, you can access the Private Golf Clubhouse and its restaurant.

Other things to note:
Weekly Discount: Rates will automatically decrease by 3% once your requested stay includes a minimum of 7 nights.

Monthly Discount: Rates will automatically decrease by 12% (based on season) once your requested stay includes a minimum of 28 nights.

-Location and things to do:
We are minutes from PGA West with five public courses to choose from, as well as SilverRock Resort, an Arnold Palmer Classic Course, another terrific local option. In January, you can walk to the Stadium course to watch the pros play in The American Express Golf Tournament.

Tennis fans -In March, you'll be minutes away from the 5th largest tennis tournament in the world, the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, which draws the top-rated men and women tennis players in the world. Tennis and pickleball players - the Fritz Burns park is 10 minutes away with 6 tennis courts and 8 pickleball courts lit and open from Dawn until 10 pm.

Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals are the main attractions in April, both taking place at the famous Empire Polo Grounds.

The famous El Paseo and Old Town La Quinta areas are close by, with excellent dining and shopping options. Ralph’s is the closest supermarket, about 5 minutes away, and Trader Joe's is also nearby. Highway 111 is the home to Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many local favorite restaurants and shopping. Less than 10 minutes from the I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos, Joshua Tree National Park, and other Coachella Valley destinations.

Perfection in the desert

Perfect stay for family

Catching sunsets was the perfect location for our busy family during a recent lacrosse tournament at the Empire polo fields. The property was spotless, perfectly stocked with the essentials, and Instacart was a quick 45min turnaround. Lisa was an incredible host, responsive and very attentive if we needed anything. Can't wait to stay again next year!
