BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
-Maximum sleeping occupancy = 8 -4 total beds (1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 1 full bed )
The Primary Suite: King bed, Smart TV , an over-sized ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a separate walk-in shower and an over-sized walk-in closet. Direct access to the pool and back patio with private patio seating for 2 overlooking the beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains.
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed and Full bed.
KITCHEN: Gather all of your family and friends around this gourmet eat-in kitchen, fully- stocked, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a 5-burner gas range, large oven, 4 bar stools, crock pot, Keurig coffee machine with pods and creamers provided, Nespresso with pods, French-Press with coffee grounds, and much more! The kitchen features an open floor plan opening right up to the dining table and living room. The oversized dining table, featuring 4 dining chairs and 2 benches, can accommodate up to 8 guests for anything from a formal dinner to a fun-filled game night!
LIVING: Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have a very comfortable sofa, plenty of seating and a large 65” TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie. In the entertainment console under the tv, you’ll find a wide variety of fun board games to keep the party going as well as a Poker Set.
OUTSIDE: The living room opens up with large, stacking doors to your own private outdoor desert paradise with something for the entire group. Did I mention stackable doors?? The beautifully landscaped backyard features a heated pool, heated spa, pool floaties, games and toys, an outdoor dining table (seating for 8), gas BBQ, couch seating area surrounding a gas fire pit, oversized pool loungers, comfortable patio chairs to relax and enjoy a poolside cocktail, multiple umbrellas for shade and an oversized putting green.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME: All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable TV, smart TV apps (personal login required) and high-speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, Keurig & Nespresso coffee makers with pods and creamer provided, French-press with ground coffee, toaster and blender.
KITCHEN: Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max- occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more. Toaster, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, Keurig & Nespresso coffee maker, French Press, blender, food processor, a variety of tea bags, coffee pods, sugars, creamer, and more. We also provide non-breakable pool plates/cups, a spice rack, salt, pepper and additional cooking essentials.
HOUSE SUPPLIES: Your home will be stocked with a supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.
OTHER ITEMS: The property is equipped with bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There is also a fully-equipped laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron & steamer.
COMMUNITY ACCESS: You will have access to the community pool. Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce ball and shuffleboard. (Key FOBs are in the home).
LOCATION: 4 miles to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes from I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.
ESTIMATED DISTANCES FROM THE VACATION HOME - Empire Polo Fields: LESS THAN 4 MILES! 10-minute drive and under a 30-minute bike ride!! - Old Town La Quinta: 5-7 minutes - Indian Wells Tennis Garden: 10-15 minutes - Palm Desert/El Paseo: 15-20 minutes - Downtown Palm Springs/Airport: 30-40 minutes - LA/OC/SD: Roughly 2 hours without traffic
GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to the entire estate. The home is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. All guest names must be registered with the security gate – contact the property manager through the APP to add guest names to the list.
The code changes for every reservation so you and your group can feel safe and secure. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS –
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM local time and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? YES, hot tub heat is complimentary, the pool is 50 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May) Summer months the pool sits from 85-95 degrees.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, ground coffee, French press, toaster, blender, crock pot, and a food processor. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, spice rack, salt/pepper and more.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, guest services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS? We do not allow pets other than a certified service animals under the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). Proper documentation will be required at time of booking. Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.
PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can't be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.
VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.
VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.
NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.
Loud noise isn't permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).
POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)
You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.
