The pool is heated at 88°. Jacuzzi can be set at desired temperature. Guests must text the host for preset temp. For requests of higher than 88° for pool temperature, an extra charge of $50 per day will be assessed.

House Supplies: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent.

Guests will have full access to the house and the private pool. Although you can walk the community and the backyard please do not swim in the lake.

WHAT DOES "ALL INCLUSIVE" MEAN?
Our "All Inclusive" offering means that guests are not charged extra for specific amenities and services. It includes complimentary pool heating, jacuzzi use, and the accommodation of two dogs at no additional cost. It does not encompass free food and alcohol, as some might assume.
GUEST LIMITS: Guests maximum occupancy is 8, which includes adults and children (no extra guests). Please read the house rules for additional information. Bringing more than 8 guests will result in cancellation without refund of reservation.
PETS: Pets are welcome. Dogs must be on leash at all times while outside. No extra charge for pets!
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM.
DO YOU ALLOW EARLY CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. This policy ensures we can thoroughly clean and prepare the property for all guests.
Our schedules are strictly enforced and failing to comply with these times will result in a charge equal to one night’s stay to cover the inconvenience and potential delay caused to incoming guests.
You must request extra amenities 5 days before arrival at 7pm when you receive the pre-check-in message.
KEYLESS ENTRY: This home has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key.
CLEANING SERVICE; There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, as we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc… so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints.
SPEEDING AND PGA WEST RULES:
When entering the vicinity, you must obey the speed limit (20 mph) at all times. This is very important! You could receive a fine starting at $250 that will be deducted from the damage deposit.
Please read all PGA West rules before booking, especially regarding noise levels and city fines after 10pm. PGA West fines for noise are $2500. Also please respect neighbors during the day.
Please note that pool and gardening service may arrive before, during or after your stay. This service is to ensure higher quality vacations for you or upcoming guests.
