The space
The home boasts two beautiful bedrooms with bathrooms located en suite, as well as a half-bath near the entrance. One of the suites has open access to the backyard space.

The outdoor area provides numerous spots to bask in the pleasant weather and admire the stunning vistas of the nearby mountains and trees. Encircled by lush landscaping, the pool is complemented by an abundance of lounge chairs for soaking up the sun and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows or to enjoy stargazing.

The community in which the home is located, called Puerta Azul, offers a tennis court, fitness center, pool table, ping pong table, and bocce ball. Additionally, there is a large lap pool, recreational pool, and hot tub available for you.

This location is incredibly close to Coachella, situated approximately 2 miles behind the festival grounds, which means smoother travel with less congestion from the main freeway crowds.

PGA West, a mere 5-minute drive away, grants access to several PGA-grade golf courses and practice amenities.

Guests are able to access the entire property as well as the community areas including the tennis courts, fitness center, pools, and spas.
Other things to note
Unfortunately, due to the high cost of natural gas, a charge is necessary to heat the pool. The cost to heat pool is $50 for the first night, then $35/day for consecutive days after that.

There is a one time pet fee of $50. Max 2. No pets over 50 lbs.

Pool service takes place every Monday and Thursday morning. The gardener comes every Monday during the late morning.
