"Es un hotel maravilloso que mezcla lo moderno con lo rural y la elegancia con la sencillez. La habitación es increíble, muy limpia y cómoda. La comida estaba muy buena y el servicio muy atento. Su ubicación es verdad que no hay nada mas alrededor pero si vas a la gomera necesitas alquilar o llevar tu coche. Estamos deseando volver 10/10"

"This hotel had everything to be great, but there two big flaws: 1. While most staff was nice, there are a man in the reception that was rude and didn't seem to care about the guests. 2. For a hotel that has All Included, they definitely have a lot of food to serve, but they seem to have put the most amazing ingredients in the hands of the most inexperienced cooks. In other words, the food is plenty but uneatable."

"lovely place and people. However, I discovered a failure of communication from Expedia to the hotel. Expedia fails to inform the hotel whether the booking is fully paid. Without the voucher, the hotel had the booking but not this information. A system failure at the Expedia end."
