Spacious detached house on a wooded property. Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer) opening onto a sheltered terrace. Living room with TV, wood-burning stove, and internet access. 2 bedrooms (1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size bed). Shower room, toilet, laundry room (washing machine). First floor: 2 bedrooms (3 single beds). Shower room/toilet. The main living room is heated by the wood-burning stove (heat recovery system), the other rooms are equipped with electric convectors. Bed linen provided/beds made upon arrival; towels available for hire. Electricity consumption and heating are extra (meter reading). Firewood is provided for the first fire; additional firewood is extra. A cleaning deposit is payable to the owner upon arrival at the cottage, unless purchased at the time of booking. The cottage features a pleasant, unfenced 3000 m² garden surrounded by meadows, parking, a covered terrace, garden furniture, a gas griddle, and sun loungers. The village center is 2.5 km away (a listed village with local artisans), and includes a pelota court (fronton and trinquet), small shops, a doctor, restaurants, and a municipal swimming pool.
